At the request of STEP LOGIC, Natalia Lebedeva, a trainer and teacher, prepared a professional development program for key employees of the company, which included two thematic modules:
"Employee performance management" (within the framework of the main functions of the manager)
"Manager communication skills: managing relationships and conflict"
The course aims were to systematize the experience and knowledge of participants, replenish the individual arsenal of management technologies, develop the acquired knowledge and tools in practice (through exercises and role modeling of work situations).
The training took place in two stages: on April 19-20 and May 24-25, and was completed by 15 employees of the company.
Upon completion of the training, students received a certificate of advanced training of the Moscow International Higher School of Business "MIRBIS".
