Association of MBAs (AMBA)

Association of MBAs (AMBA) was established in 1967 as a non-governmental independent accreditation body.

AMBA's head office is located in the UK. The credibility of the association is time proved and AMBA-accredited educational institutions are world famous brands.

AMBA accredits business schools in Europe, the US and all over the world. The AMBA accreditation is the internationally recognized benchmark of quality for MBA programmes.

Today AMBA accreditation is obtained by 161 business schools in 72 countries.

A certificate issued by the International Association of MBA programmes is recognized all over the world. The AMBA certificate is valid for a maximum period of 5 years.

According to the association's statistics, only one out of seven applications to MBA programmes is AMBA accredited. The reason is that the association adheres to a principled and uncompromising policy in relation to reviewed programmes, although the accreditation process is understandable and transparent.

MIRBIS Institute has been twice accredited by the International Association of MBAs (AMBA), which confirms the high quality of teaching, reliability and credibility of the school.

2004 – The MIRBIS MBA programme was accredited by the International Association of MBAs (AMBA) for a five-year period until 2010, which states its high quality and compliance with the international requirements for business education.

2006 – The international Association of MBAs (AMBA) accredited Master's degree programmes of MIRBIS Institute.

2006 – Bachelor's degree programmes of MIRBIS Institute received the international accreditation EPAS of the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD).

2010 – MIRBIS MBA and Master's degree programmes were accredited by the international Association MBAs (AMBA) for five years until 2014.

2014 – MBA and Master's degree programmes of MIRBIS Institute were accredited by the international Association of MBAs (AMBA) until 2019. 

2019 – MBA and Master's degree programmes of MIRBIS Institute were accredited by the international Association of MBAs (AMBA) until 2024.
